On Thursday, January 5, a Surulere Chief Magistrate court, allowed a lady distinguished as Bukky Babalola, N100,000 for professedly exacting damage on client’s masculinity over N100 obligation
The prosecutor, Sergeant Anthonia Osayande, had told the court that the charged conferred the offense at 7, Atan road, Surulere, at around 1:20a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, including that the charged, who lives in same compound with the complainant, Segun Atan, had sold N100 worth of neighborhood gin (Ogogoro) to the complainant, which he declined to pay.
She said when the denounced saw the complainant on her way to the lavatory and requested for her cash, the complainant pushed her and she fell, while her towel fell off her body.
She included saying: “However when she could stand up, she held the man’s masculinity and perpetrated wounds on him. Atan is yet to recoup, yet at the same time accepting treatment in a healing center.”
Osayande said that the offense repudiated Section 244(a) of the Criminal Law of Lagos state, 2011. The case was dismissed to February 28 for specify.
